Roatan
Today was a pretty boring day; we began by the final touches on our packing and then arranging all of our suitcases in a pile. We couldn't leave until Angel arrived, so when he did, he did a thorough inspection of the house. When he was finished inspecting, he drove us to the ferry, where one of the ferry workers took our luggage and labeled it with little bands so we could identify it. When we returned to Roatan, we collected our belongings and were met by Alex, our previous cab driver, who drove us to our hotel. We checked the Wi-Fi and it was really, really good. They walked on the beach while I went swimming, and we just had a good time.

Utila
Today was a pretty good day, we started off with it doing our paragraphs and then eating some cereal. After that I got ready and then played some games until we were ready to leave. When we got there the horses were already set up so we got some helmets on while the parents signed papers. We got on the horses and I was going to be one of the last people but my horse wanted to be second because he was friends with the leader so I got to be second. When we arrive at the destination and we climbed this huge white and red lighthouse but the top was completely torn off. It had an amazing view but when we got down we got on the horses and then headed into a different direction. We arrived back at farm and then I said goodbye to banana Bob and the farmer.I

Utila
Today was a pretty boring day; I began by writing in my journal for the day and then played some video games. I ate some cereal and then went to see my father. I asked how he was doing and what his plans for the day were, and he said that he had nothing planned for the day. After a few hours of goofing around and doing random things, he told me that I needed to make a video for today because I had been forgetting to do so in the past. I only got 2 1/2 out of five minutes after about four hours of taking pictures and setting up the entire video. Following that, it was a hole lot easier because we went to the grocery and I had to open a coconut t

Today was a day that we did not expect to happen. It started off with us just being a little lazy and slowly going over to horseback riding, when we finally got there we couldn’t do horseback riding because they would have to gather the horses off from the fields so we would have to schedule tomorrow. After we did that we kind of just went over to the house I played some games for a couple of hours than me and my dad joined Morg and Lorin to look at the coral

Today was an odd day; after waking up, we packed and then relaxed while waiting for the others to arrive. When they arrived, they inspected the house before allowing us to leave. We then took a taxi to the ferry dock. We asked the cab driver where a nice place to eat was when they removed our luggage, and he directed us to a gas station deli near a pizza shop and a bouncy house restaurant. When we've finished dining, we return to the ferry pier and wait for a while. When they started boarding, we got the best seats, which gave us a good view of the ocean. When we arrived in Utila, we waited for a man named Angel to come and pick us up. We had to make two journeys because there was so much luggage and we could only fit two persons with all of the luggage. Lorin and I did the first trip, and when we arrived, we had to wait beneath the house since people were still staying in the Airbnb. Finally, my dad Morgin arrived and we were able to go inside, but our driver, my dad, and Lorin had to go get groceries for us, so they didn't get to complete unpacking while we got to unpack and just chill for a little while.

Today was a good day; we began by packing because we needed to leave for Utilu. We slipped on our swimsuits and headed to the ocean after we had finished packing. They removed our things and we plunged into the sea as soon as we arrived. We went above the sea grass when they were in the water, and my father and I saw a gigantic fish.

Today was not as adventurous or thrilling as some of the others; instead, it was largely a relaxing day. We began by playing some games before getting ready to go snorkeling, but instead of just bringing a few small items, we brought electronics and other items so that we could spend the entire day at the beach. When we arrived, Morg and I went straight into the water and had a great time for about four hours. But then we were both exhausted and tried to do things on our phones but couldn't see anything, so we returned to the Airbnb. We did our own thing for a couple of hours until Lorin came and told us that we were going to go for dinner at Beachers, and I was excited because I love their burgers, so I got dressed and we all had an amazing night.

Routan
Today I had a quite fantastic day today, we needed to do these tests in the morning, so I had to do them around five minutes after I woke up. I gave Morgan the Chromebook after I did my part of the test, and she finished her tests while I played games. We were going snorkeling after that because it was a beautiful day and we needed to get our belongings organized. We went to the beach and snorkeled for at least 3 1/2 hours, but the parents became weary after a while, so me and Morgan continued to play in Ward while they sat down and watched us and enjoyed the view. When we were all exhausted, we went home, and while they were doing their thing, I watched TV for a couple of hours and enjoyed myself as much as I could. After a while, they told me that we were going to have dinner, when we were ready we headed to a bar and Grill next to the restaurant that we went to pretty frequently .When we finally sat down and looked at the menu, we realized it was rather expensive, so we got up and left without saying anything, leaving menus on the table. We wandered about until we discovered a restaurant that met all of our needs. The parents ordered ribs, Morgin ordered tacos, and I got a large pizza with bacon.

Roatan
These past few days have been a thrilling journey, with monkeys, zip lines, and a lot of snorkeling, but I'm only going to write about my favorite things that we've done so far. The first one was on the second day and it was in the morning, we were walking the beach and I was getting really bored because we kept stopping and talking to people, but then towards the end of the beach the water was not as choppy and it was much clearer. We all put our stuff down, put on our masks, and jump in the ocean. Because of how clear it was when I wore the mask I could see far away. Second, there were the zip lines, which we did on the fourth day. Because it was so close. We walked all the way to the gate and then hopped on a long golf cart to the gift shop, where we payed to participate in the adventure. When the guides arrived, we boarded a shuttle vehicle and arrived a few minutes later. They assisted us in putting on our harnesses and instructed us on what to do. The first was the second slowest, so it wasn't as much fun, but it was still a lot of fun. Then, on the second one, one of the guides hooked me up next to him, and I did something similar to a superman move. Finally, on the fourth one, he did this new thing where it was kind of the same but he made me go upside down for a couple of seconds and then break me back up, which was the most exciting and worried me a little bit.

Cooking
Today, I made French toast by myself. As she was ready to walk out the door, I asked Granny a quick question about what she put in the egg mixture to make French toast. She said that she used milk, pancake mix, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. She suggested using a pie plate as well, but because the area was so large, I decided to use a plastic container to allow it to soak more freely. I used three eggs, a pinch of salt, a quarter teaspoon of vanilla extract, cinnamon, 2 1/2 tablespoons of pancake mix, and three eggs. While the cooktop was heating up, I soaked a piece of bread in the eggs. After the pan had completed preheating, I coated it with butter and flipped the bread in the eggs for a few seconds before placing it in the pan. I flipped it a few times before putting it to a dish to make sure it was perfect. I did the same thing with the other one and the beginning of the last one, but I still had some egg left over, so I plopped it on top of the French toast and it turned into a pancake. I only had to turn it once more and wait two minutes before transferring it to the plate, and it looked like a giant fluffy pancake with all three stacked on top of each other when I looked at it.

Today I read a article on the different types of coral reefs. Firstly was the Fringing reefs, some of which are right along the beach, are number one. They can also produce shallow subtidal or intertidal areas with sandy bottoms, although they are not large enough to be called lagoons. The Barrier Reef, which runs parallel to the shore, is the second. They're large, and they're separated from the shore by a lagoon. Due to its formation, the barrier reef wall is the difference between deep blue oceans and crystal clear gorgeous waters. Finally, there are the Atolls, which are located in the Indian Ocean. In the Caribbean, there are only roughly 27 identified atolls. In comparison to the Caribbean, the IndoPacific has far more atolls.
