Today I watched how your cargo is treated when you go on a plane. It mostly goes on a carousel. Three mins in it goes on a cart which goes super fast, but then it drops your luggage on another carousel which goes to carry a bunch of racks with other people's baggage. A few hours later it continuously goes on carousels, carts, drops until it reaches its final destination. It even went on an elevator once.
