Cooking

Today we made flourless chocolate cake. When I came in Morgin was already stirring some batter, so Granny put me to the stove to melt some chocolate. When I was done she told me to put it in the batter in which I did. When everything was ready granny realized that we forgot to preheat the oven and we had to wait to put the cake in instead of just putting it in the oven when we were ready. Today I learned how to melt chocolate and how to make some rich cake.

I recall you learned something else; you used a hand mixer to beat the egg yolks to ‘soft peaks’. The egg yolks are what made the torte hold its shape. You did a good job, Tilden, I hope you enjoyed the process and the result!
